Hey everybody, welcome to the single tracks podcast. Today it's me, Jeff, and I'm here with Greg

and our special guest, Nathan, from Track MTV. Thanks for joining us today, Nathan.

Thanks very much, guys. Great to be here. So we wanted to talk today about mountain biking in Spain

and also about mountain bike tourism

since you worked for track MTB, which offers guiding services.

So I wanted to start off asking you, how long have you been mountain biking?

Well, not a long time.

I'm a designer by trade, which means I was, I've always spent a lot of time behind the

screen and not getting a lot of time behind the screen, not getting

a lot of exercise done. So early last year, my wife decided it was time to get me out and

doing something. So she bought me a mounting bike for Christmas. So that was literally like a year

and a half ago. And it just evolved very, very quickly. You know, I had one of those cheap

department store mounting bikes, which I think lasted

about sort of four months and decided I was hooked and this was going somewhere and just sort

of upgraded to a giant trance.

And then by coincidence actually was looking for trails and for companies, you know, that could

help me improve my skills around Madrid.

And that's actually how I bumped into track MTV.
