mistake sometimes of comparing one child to one of their siblings or to a neighbor child or to a nephew or

That is, it's a temptation for all of us to compare our kids because we see good things and other

So a lot of times it begins as a good thing, but in our

anxiety, our insecurities when they spill out we start to put this pressure and

demand on our child that is very unnecessary and whenever you find yourself going there press the pause button figure

out what is my goal here for my child is it so that I feel better or is this truly the journey for my child that they're on and I'm pouring into their lives?

Because it wouldn't be bad to point out if a child is being kind to someone else, to point that out, hey, John's being kind to

to math. It's really exciting to see when you're kind to so and so and then you bring it back to to where they're at and how you've seen
