Summary

Today's episode dives deep into the concept of 'mothering' our inner child, and taking care of our adult selves, a topic that often gets overlooked but is crucial to understanding ourselves and our emotions. We'll dive into embracing the parts of ourselves we were told to suppress or reject - our emotions, sensitivity, ambitions, and creativity. Through the process of validation and acceptance, we embark on a path of self-discovery, unconditional self-love and practical steps to take care of your adult self.
