talking a little bit before the show and I told her that when I wrapped up my interview with Laura,

about mind-body connection. And so I'm just curious, like, how did you get into it? And I guess, like, how has that played out in your life?

I think probably what got me interested in it were, well, there's two kind of main things I look back to.

One is something that got a lot of people interested in health, which is the pandemic.

But then also, that same spring, my mom was diagnosed with stage

three breast cancer. And so I think watching her walk through that journey and also being

over the age of 35, I started to notice some changes in my own body. And I really thought to myself, oh, I have not spent much time.
