Please, or lie down, or slide your butt up to the wall and kick your legs up.

Oof, that's some good stuff.

Pause me if you need to.

Once you're settled, let's draw a deep breath in and sigh out.

Again, fill, and empty.

Good.

Maybe this is the first time in a while,

that things have kind of stopped.

And you can drop into your body.

So let that happen.

So let that happen.

Notice how your tissues feel all over how you're breathing.

Maybe you notice the after image of emotions in your body.

Just stay there, being with yourself,

abiding like the dude, for the next minute or so. If you get distracted, there's no great meaning behind that. You just start over. Thank you. Begin again.

It doesn't matter where your mind went.

Just be back in your body moment to moment non-judgmental awareness This is something I used to say in my yoga classes,

and then my students started to say it back to me like a mantra.

And it is simply, it couldn't matter less.

Anxiety, perfectionism, the need to get it right.
