You left your previous broker and came to open Coast Coast Real Estate Virginia with me. You brought your team over. However, I will say that a lot of the success that we see is due to the fact that when we started

seeing the market slow down, we dug in deeper.

For the last couple of years, and I was a COVID realtor, I got started in 2021, so I rode the wave.
