Rob. Knight Frank increases their growth forecasts for the UK house prices. And the reason why I love

this is they've re-adjusted their forecasts for the next five years, which is fine, and we'll get

into that in a moment. But they've also changed their forecasts for this year in May. So I've got a feeling they

might be right. I think we should go back and re-forecast our predictions in November for this year,

because I feel we probably will be bang on if we do that. So, Mike Frank, in May, has decided that

UK house prices are going to be up by 3.5% from 2.5% this year due to the improving

rate landscape. That is mortgage rates and interest rates are obviously on the downward trend as well.
