A man there has been arrested.

He was trying to smuggle his girlfriend from one location to another in the trunk of his car

to avoid the coronavirus lockdown regulations. The woman who was also arrested told police

that she had, quote, consented to be smuggled in the trunk.

He got stopped by police at a roadblock, which is kind of a standard thing that's happening

now in South Africa.

They have roadblocks making sure that people are staying and sheltering in place.

He was trying to get his girlfriend to a neighboring province.
