A man has been accused of grabbing his two and a half foot long sword and chasing another man, all because that other man asked him to turn down his music.

It all began when a neighbor knocked on Benjamin Layland's door and said, man, is there

any way you can turn that music down? Layland became very upset as you do and grabbed his two

and a half foot long sword and pursued the man. The man was able to get away and there were no

I think, folks, if you're going to, in this day and age, at this period in our country's

existence, if you're going to go after a neighbor with a two and a half
