Maybe you're joining in from bed today and dreading the idea of getting up. Or maybe you're already up and about and that's just fine too.

But wherever you are, let's all just pause for a moment.

And let's take a couple of deep breaths in.

So fill all the way up, deep into your lungs.

Hold at the top,

and exhale, release, just let the air fall out.
