Birthday boy. Happy birthday. Yeah, moved right on. Yes, that's my birthday. You did not get your o'er ring score in time. Mine was

61. But you're still going to have a great day today because it's your birthday. You know,

part of the reason it is so bad is because I stayed up till midnight,

stayed up watching you sleep, and Sabine and I sat and watched you sleep.

But she stayed up with me until midnight because it is my birthday, yes.

And then I did pop up and say, happy birthday.

Yeah, 12.15, that's okay.

Yeah.

But you got it in early.

My sleep score is a 64 because I did try to stay up with you to midnight. I got four hours and 28 minutes. And this is where we are, folks. This is going to be a great, great, great morning run. And yes, nothing made me feel my age more than the new words that the Cambridge Dictionary has now put out. Have you all seen this? They've got thousands of new words, but skibbitty is one of them. Did you know what that meant? Nope. I don't even know what you just said. Okay. And I still don't know how to use it in a sentence, but we'll give you a few of these new words being added and yes a lot of them are coming from tic-tok and social media also msnb what how long is this

going to take us to get used to ms now ms now ms now ms-nbc that name at least is going away. Oh my word.

And they do have a new name MS now.

And the NOW stands for something.

And the MS stands for something else now too.
