So let's get right to it today.

We'll begin like we always do by opening our eyes and then taking a big stretch in bed

Whatever feels good and maybe a yawn comes out while you do that too.

Now let's take a few deep breaths together

to get some oxygen flowing, which will help wake up the body.

So inhale,

hold at the top,

and then exhale, just let it all go.

And let's do one more like that.
