This morning routine is all about balance.

Everything seems to be better when we're living a balanced life.

But balance can be hard to maintain for one reason or another.

So today, we'll focus on finding balance and maintaining it in really simple and easy ways.

Like usual, you can just listen to my voice, and over the next few minutes, we'll make our way out of bed and get the day started in a relaxing but energized and positive way.
