So many people spend all of their time dwelling on the past or dreaming about the future.

And there's nothing inherently bad about those things.

I do them myself too. But we can't get caught up in the past and the future

because they are just concepts of our minds. Life is lived right now. So today we'll focus on living here and now and

we'll get motivated to make the most of the opportunities in the present moment.

So let's start with a couple of deep breaths.

The best way to anchor yourself to the present. So inhale, fill all the way up.
