In my personal view life is meant to be savored and I don't really have anything to prove that, but we all have the mental capacity to do it, and it makes life so much better. So why wouldn't we? In this motivational bit, we'll look at ways to savor some of the more difficult aspects of life

Now wherever you are and whatever you're doing, just pause for a moment.

Saver, a few seconds of peace and quiet all to yourself. Maybe this is your only chance for a personal moment all day.

So just sit here with yourself and appreciate it. Now take a deep breath in and fill up with appreciation for this moment of peace and quiet.
