Creativity. You see, creativity is an important part of our lives, but many of us don't feel that we have the time or energy to express ourselves creatively in the way that we'd hope.

The truth is, self-doubt is often the most common thing holding us back from being creative.

Allow yourself a second of quiet and relaxation.
