This week, we've been talking about compassion

and trying to develop a deeper sense of it.

In today's motivation, we'll break down some barriers that often hold us back from being

more compassionate, both to others and ourselves. And we'll see how much better

the world could be if we all brought a little more compassion. If you're still in bed,

then I'd recommend starting with Monday's Wake Up and Stretch episode,

which will get you up and going and then you can come back here to get motivated if you'd like.

But no matter where you are or whatever you're doing, just pause for a moment.

And bring to mind something that you think you deserve to receive some compassion for.

A tough circumstance in your life or a burden you've had to bear, something that should give people a reason to be more

The thing is, we've all had an unfortunate roll of the dice somehow.

And for that, you deserve a bit of understanding, a little leeway.

So grant that to yourself right now.

Turn inward and say, I know you're struggling.

So I grant you the time and space to deal with that,

and I'll help however I can.

It feels nice to hear that, doesn't it? So take a deep breath in and fill with compassion for yourself.
