roll over and make your way up. And wherever you are, find a comfortable position that you would like to meditate in.

Take a deep breath in, filling all the way up.

And on your exhale, slowly close your eyes.

As you begin to settle in, there may be little thoughts prodding at your mind and that's perfectly okay.

Whenever a thought comes up just bring yourself back to the here and now, to your breath.

You chose to be here to explore yourself to embrace that magnificent person that lies within

So choose to do that for the next 10 minutes or so.
