In this meditation, we'll visualize how it feels to emotionally respond to failure

in a more positive and productive solution-focused way that will fuel you for success.

So let's get started. If you're still in bed, I recommend rolling over, making your way up and out of bed.

But wherever you are, go ahead and find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

I do recommend that you meditate sitting up,

but that's simply so you don't fall asleep.

And once you've found that position, just allow your body to settle.

Mentally put aside anything else that's going on in life.

It'll still be there when you're done with this meditation.

Choose this time for yourself.

Now take a deep breath in.

Now take a deep breath in, fill all the way up, hold at the top, and when you exhale,
