| 1:02.3 | conditioned to ignore it and that really hurts us because it leads us down paths that really aren't a good fit |
| 1:10.8 | So today we're going to work on getting back to that voice that lives inside of you. |
| 1:16.0 | We're going to try to unlearn some of that conditioning that's keeping you from who you really are. |
| 1:22.0 | So find a comfortable scene. that's keeping you from who you really are. |
| 1:27.0 | So find a comfortable seat, and let's go ahead and get started. |
| 1:40.0 | Take a second, just to make sure you're all set up. You want to be sitting upright, but relaxed. Try not to hold on to any tension. |

| 1:50.0 | And as you exhale, slowly close your eyes. |
| 2:00.0 | You can begin just by following your own breath that rise and fall of your chest, |
