Today, we're back for a meditation on this week's theme of trusting in yourself.

If you're still in bed, then I'd recommend starting with yesterday's wake up and stretch episode,

What we're going to do in today's meditation

is practice our intuitive sense of making decisions, figuring out what feels right to you.

Trusting in yourself can seem pretty hard at times, But here's the thing, we all know how to do that

innately. You see it in children, you see it in animals, but over time we are

conditioned to ignore it and that really hurts us because it leads us down paths that really aren't a good fit

So today we're going to work on getting back to that voice that lives inside of you.

We're going to try to unlearn some of that conditioning that's keeping you from who you really are.

So find a comfortable scene. that's keeping you from who you really are.

So find a comfortable seat, and let's go ahead and get started.

Take a second, just to make sure you're all set up. You want to be sitting upright, but relaxed. Try not to hold on to any tension.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale, slowly close your eyes.

You can begin just by following your own breath that rise and fall of your chest,

feeling the sensation of the air leaving and entering.
