And there's really no better way to put this into practice than through meditation.

And today's meditation is a very simple concept, but it's one that always bears repeating.

And this tool is simply letting the thoughts pass, seeing them for what they are, simple firings of the nerves in our bodies.

They happen instantaneously, and just like that, we're on to the next.

We can't stop our brains from working,

but we can manage our relationship with those thoughts.
