| 0:20.0 | So by setting intentions, whether it's one or many, the mind is better able to filter out those things that we don't care to be as focused on. |
| 0:30.0 | I think you'll find that your day in general is more successful when you do this. |
| 0:37.0 | So go ahead and find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in. |
| 0:42.0 | And if you're starting from bed, I do recommend that you use this opportunity |
| 0:46.4 | to roll over and sit up. But of course you can meditate in whatever way works best for you, |

| 0:58.3 | And once you've settled into that position, take a nice deep breath, fill all the way up through your chest and your belly. |

| 1:15.0 | And as you do, you can just gently go ahead and close your eyes. Take this first moment of meditation just to allow yourself to settle in. |
