today. So today, let's make sure we're in the mindset of creating a fantastic day.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

I recommend that you meditate sitting up, but that's simply so you don't fall asleep.

We all have different preferences and different spatial constraints, so do whatever works best for you.

And once you've found that comfortable position,

just allow yourself to settle in.
