I'm Tyler, your host. We all want to be surrounded by positivity and good vibes. The reality

is that positivity is all around us. We must simply open our eyes to it.

Appreciate the brand new opportunity lying before you. The opportunity of a new day.

Take a big breath in, fill all the way up.

And then, exhale and if you're in bed go ahead and roll over and make your way to standing up. All right, now that we're all up and out of bed, let's go ahead and turn to our meditation.

grab a sip of water or use the bathroom along the way. Today's meditation is a series of affirmations, specifically designed to focus your mind

No doubt, there are always going to be negative things swirling around us.

We'll never be able to eradicate everything that's bad. But we can choose what we put our attention on.
