In this meditation, we're going to put it into practice.

We'll look at ourselves with a lens of compassion

by stepping into the shoes of who we were as a child.

It will help us improve our ability to see ourselves clearly and to accept ourselves without judgment or shame.

You can begin by finding a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.
