abilities. So let's get started. Go ahead and find a comfortable position that you like to meditate in.

If you've been here before, you know that I recommend you meditate sitting up.

And that's simply because you don't want to lie down and fall asleep.

But I know we all have different preferences and different spaces.

So do whatever works best for you.

Once you've found that position, just allow yourself to settle in.

Notice any areas of your body where you're holding onto tension and

consciously release those muscles.

Now take a deep breath in,
