and we're back today for a meditation on this week's theme, having good intentions.

You see, how you come at life really matters.

Your intent shines through in every situation.

We can all tell when someone has bad intentions,

even if they don't say anything to tip us off.

Good intentions really do go far and if you come at life with the right intention

then you can't go wrong. In today's meditation we'll repeat a couple of mantras to really help that sink in,

so that you always bring your best intentions.

So let's get started.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat. Anywhere in your home will do.

Just don't sit in your bed.

We don't want to go back to sleep.

And once you've found that comfortable seat,

just allow yourself to relax for a second.

Sit in a supported way, but try not to hold on to any tension. Now take a deep breath in, fill deeply into your belly. Hold it at the top for just a second, and on your exhale two just to get settled.

Relax your face.

Relax your jaw and let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
