Good morning and welcome to wake me up. I'm Tyler, your host, as always.

We all go through phases and changes.

We're not stagnant beings, and we're not perfect either.

Sometimes, it can be hard to accept who you were in the past or even the phase you're in right now.

But with today's meditation, you'll learn to love yourself.

Every version you have been, are, and will be.

And you'll accept yourself wholeheartedly, despite your flaws.

Before we begin, let's all take one deep breath together.

So inhale and fill all the way up.

Hold your breath at the top and then exhale.

If you're in bed, now's a great time to roll over and get this day started. So now that we're all up, go ahead and find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home will do, just not in your bed.

Today's meditation will incorporate a visualization.

First, we'll go back in time to a past version of ourselves.

So as you find your seat, think back on a time in your life that was a bit of a struggle.

Maybe you regret some decisions you made at that time, or you experienced something that

Don't shy away from the tough moments of your past.

It's only through introspection and facing who we are that we can grow.

After accepting that past version of yourself, we'll move to the present and do the same thing.
