| 1:50.4 | Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale slowly close your eyes. Take this first moment just to allow yourself to settle into a meditative state. |
| 2:19.0 | When we meditate, the mind softens. And this allows us a deeper sense of peace, calm and the state of the mind will follow the state of the body. So to help calm your mind, soften your face. Drop your shoulders down. |
