to help these ideas sink a little bit deeper into the mind.

So you can do these affirmations in any way you like. You can just listen along, you can

repeat them out loud, or you can repeat them in your mind. For the deepest experience, you can get into a meditative state by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes.

But no matter how you choose to do these affirmations, let's begin by taking a deep breath.
