because we're back for a meditation on this week's theme, Generosity.

This practice will be a loving kindness meditation, sometimes also called meta meditation.

When we are being the most generous we can be,

we're connected to a place of compassion,

and we become aware of the fact that everyone deserves more love, ourselves included.

This meditation will give you the opportunity to pause, come into this present moment, and become the most compassionate and generous

version of yourself. You'll send love out to the people you care about and to the entire world.

And after that, I'm sure you'll go through this day full of generosity.

So let's go ahead and get started.

I recommend that you find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home,

but you can always do this laying down.

I know that we all have different spaces and different preferences.

The most important thing is that you find a comfortable position where your body's not going

to be a distraction. And once you found that comfortable seat, just settle

in. You should feel supported, but try to let go of any tension.

Now take a deep breath in, fill all the way up.

And as you exhale, just slowly close your eyes. Take a few seconds to get comfortable.
