I'm so glad to have you here this week because we'll be focusing on one of my favorite things.

Creativity.

Creativity is something that we all have naturally within us.

It's one of our greatest skills as humans and it arises from

quiet awareness when we allow ourselves to think, move, and feel freely. It's when we try to force creativity that we often lose our

innate touch for it. Now studies have shown that quiet time in nature can actually help spur your creativity.

So in this meditation, we'll use a nature inspired visualization to spark your sense of creativity.

The elements of nature that will weave into this meditation will help you access the

I'm sure it will help you move into your day feeling focused, calm, and inspired.

So let's get started.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position.

I recommend that you find a seated position,

but of course I recognize that we all have our own preferences.

So feel free to do this meditation, laying down, or even walking if you'd like to.

And once you find that comfortable position, just allow yourself to settle in.

You want to feel supported, but you don't want to be holding on to any tension. So just do a quick body scan and notice any places where you can offer a little relaxation. Take a deep breath in, fill all the way up, and on your exhale.
