And today, we'll be doing a meditation that will help you figure out who you are and find peace within.

If you can find enjoyment, comfort, and acceptance inside yourself, then you will feel more free

to be authentic in the outside world.

So let's not waste any time.

Let's go ahead and dive right in.

Find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

And once you found that position,

just allow your body to settle.

Take a deep breath in, fill all the way up, and as you exhale, slowly close your eyes. The state of the mind often follows the state of the body.

So if you allow your body to relax, so will your mind.

And a few things that can help with that

are softening your face. releasing your jaw

jaw and relaxing your shoulder

and relaxing your shoulders down. And for this first moment or so, you can simply follow the rise and fall of your own breath,

allowing each one to take you deeper and deeper within. Oh, All right, now that you've had a moment to settle.
