We only have so much energy in life to give. We only have so much bandwidth. Certain things in life require us to give our

energy for them. Whereas other things give us energy, they give us fulfillment and they bring us meaning.

And while life is all about balancing these two opposing forces,

we so often can get caught up giving all of our energy out, and we forget to fill

our own cup.

So that's what we'll be talking about this week.

And today in this meditation, we'll be doing a really wonderful

and relaxing visualization that can help you find some energy and fulfillment from

those things that do fill your cup, even when they may seem far away or

inaccessible. So let's go ahead and get started. If you're still in bed, then use

this moment to roll over and make your way up and out of bed.

And wherever you find yourself, make your way to a comfortable position that you would like to meditate in.

I recommend that you meditate sitting up,

but that's only so you don't fall back asleep.

Truly, you can meditate in any position you'd like so do whatever works best for you.
