| 1:15.6 | and relaxing visualization that can help you find some energy and fulfillment from |
| 1:20.8 | those things that do fill your cup, even when they may seem far away or |
| 1:25.2 | inaccessible. So let's go ahead and get started. If you're still in bed, then use |
| 1:32.3 | this moment to roll over and make your way up and out of bed. |
| 1:38.0 | And wherever you find yourself, make your way to a comfortable position that you would like to meditate in. |
| 1:45.0 | I recommend that you meditate sitting up, |
| 1:48.0 | but that's only so you don't fall back asleep. |
| 1:51.0 | Truly, you can meditate in any position you'd like so do whatever works best for you. |
