| 1:00.0 | Let's dive in. You're going to be. Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position. |
| 1:49.0 | Closing your eyes and taking your first deep breath in. |
| 1:59.0 | Let your belly expand as far as it can with all that oxygen. |
| 2:07.8 | And release your breath in filling your belly with just a little bit more air than before. |
| 2:27.0 | And when you can't breathe in anymore, |
| 2:31.0 | exhale it all out. |
| 2:35.0 | In one last deep breath in, |
| 2:41.0 | imagining the air coming in, cleansing your body, cleansing your mind, |
