2:48.4 | We're aware of the emotions that are present, sensations in the body, simply |

3:28.8 | time of day to the morning. Maybe there's still some sleepiness. Maybe there's still |
3:44.2 | some fatigue from the night before. So let's take some nice deep breaths, breathing |

4:11.6 | breath letting the lungs fill with air. Relaxing with the exhalation of the breath. |
4:23.2 | Letting go of any fatigue. Any sleepiness. Nice deep breaths. Letting the belly relax |
