writing your own story.

Affirmations like these have been shown to help with your internal self-talk,

that little voice in the back of your head.

By repeating positive ideas, those seeds get planted in your mind and they grow. So with these affirmations, we're going to work on building self-confidence, self-belief,

and really encouraging the mind to create the story that you want out of life.

Feel free to repeat them out loud or just listen along.

And for an even deeper experience,

go ahead and get into a meditative state by closing your eyes and removing any distractions.
