Morgan Wallin was that Eric Church's new bar in Nashville called Chiefs, and he's six floors up partying

with all of his friends. Obviously, a little inebriated, because at some point,

camera footage shows him grabbing a 25 pound chair and chucking it over the side of the

building and it lands, thank God, not hitting anybody.

But now he could be facing like 15 years in prison for three felony charges.
