Summary

The US military has shot down another unidentified flying object soaring over Michigan on Sunday, the fourth high-altitude object shot down over North America in the past week and a half. Lawmakers and reporters have been pressing the Biden administration for answers, and on Monday, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin responded to the situation. He answered questions and clarified that these objects "do not present a military threat to anyone on the ground," but still warned the government will "get to the bottom of it." Senior Fellow for Defense Priority and retired Lt. Colonel Daniel Davis joins the Rundown to explain why the top priority should be learning what these objects are and where they are coming from, and why the Biden administration needs to demonstrate more knowledge to the American people to show they are competently handling the situation. It's Valentine's Day, and as couples prepare to celebrate, many are noticing the rise in the price of candy, cards, and flowers. While economists predict another increase in consumer prices from last month, Americans are showing no signs of stopping when it comes to spending for the holiday. Co-host of The Big Money Show on FOX Business, Taylor Riggs, joins the Rundown to discuss consumer trends impacting the US economy and explain how Americans are adjusting to the inflation that is rising prices this Valentine's Day. Plus, commentary by Jimmy Failla, host of "Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla." Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
