Summary

As fun as the Jets game was, you are still pulling your hair out because that’s a game they should have won. And it was Aaron Rodgers, no less, coming in and throwing 4 TDs. The Jets were the better team for all 4 quarters, but as Aaron Glenn said, there are no moral victories. And the stadium was full of Steelers fans. The Giants on the other hand looked like they have the last four years, not good. A caller said he felt out of place at MetLife as a Jets fan. Gio can’t believe people still like to go to games. With the Giants, once again, we are watching the same thing we’ve been seeing year after year. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the Jets loss against the Steelers. Aaron Glenn talked about the fumble and said players won’t remain on the team if they have costly turnovers. Boomer liked Glenn’s postgame press conference. Xavier Gipson talked about his costly fumble. Aaron Rodgers was asked about beating Glenn since he didn’t want him any more. We heard Brandon Tierney’s ‘Unkillable’ podcast reaction after the Jets loss. We heard from Tommy Lugauer and Shaun Morash who both want Jaxson Dart to start. The Bills came back in the fourth quarter to beat the Ravens as Derrick Henry had a costly fumble. Lamar Jackson talked about his physical contact with a fan. The Yankees beat the Blue Jays and took the series. The Mets lost to the Reds and lost the series. In the final segment of the hour, a car somehow jumped both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Sunrise highway. The driver was having a medical event and somehow only had minor injuries.

How many offensive plays you think the Steelers ran in the second half of yesterday's game?

0:17.3

Man, I don't know the answer to this.

0:19.9

There's a reason why you're asking it.

0:21.9

Yeah.

0:23.4

24.

0:24.7

Oh, see, I was going to say 22.

0:27.2

24.

0:27.9

20 to 25 range.

0:29.5

Of course, one of those drives was the, you know, two plays after the, you know, the fumble that turned into that touchdown pass.

0:39.6

But 24 plays.

0:41.9

You know, and

0:42.5

you know, the last, one of those

0:45.5

plays was the last play of the game, the kneeled down.

0:47.8

So essentially 23

0:49.1

real plays. Yeah.

0:51.4

That is unbelievable.

0:54.3

Yeah, I mean, and this is why, of course, the giant fan is disgusted today, and I totally understand it.

0:59.4

I just, I was expecting something like this with the Giants.

1:04.1

I didn't expect them to win either one of their first two games, but what I wasn't expecting were the Jets to play as well as they did.
