You know, I've been wanting to chop it up with you for quite some time.

We're going to have quite a deep conversation about a number of things but i want to

just tell people why we are on holiday today and uh shout out to pastor bishop swan who said

that we should cancel this holiday because we don't have a president i thought i thought that was

really a brilliant tweet and it's kind of true.

Officially it's Washington's birthday. It's the third Monday of February became popular honoring

George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. So they put it all together as President's Day. It's as understood

as a celebration of the birthdays of all presidents. It's just interesting. And we got all up in the mix because Frederick Douglass decided his birthday was going to be February 14th. Yes, he did. And Carter Woodson said, you know what? I'm going to jam Negro History Week in here. Right in here. Right in here. He can't mess with our people. Okay. So let's say this because there are people that complain, well, black history month is the shortest

month of the year. And it's, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah. Tell the people about Carter G. Woodson, just because you are this guy. No. Please break this down for us. I mean, well, well, it's funny. in a sentence, you just started it. I mean,
