Summary

It’s the first episode since reclamation. Poog is back, this time as an independent podcast. The spirit of sovereignty finds Jacqueline and Kate levitating in the studio, face to face. It’s sacred phones only, it’s gm lowercase only. Jacqueline finds herself all bags, no drink in hand, and 5 hotels deep. On New York time, Kate did the unthinkable. A transatlantic state of focus, old nudes, and let me guess — a fusion flow? Does the Pomelo Method constitute fruit before noon? To have achieved a verb. Jacqueline unschedules Kate live and two weeks of 7am wake-up are promised. Broads, gay guys, and Trucker Mason. Big Mama’s not gonna like this.

It's so funny because we haven't, we have not been in person in like a month.

And yet more connected than ever? I know. I mean, I'm just throwing that out there, but I'm posing it as a, because I've been on the road, you're alone out there. There is a coziness to be able to, you know, text something hideous in a hotel. Of course. And boy, I saved it, actually. It's a funny thing, you and me walking around in the world, right? I'll save it. Save it for our conversation later. Oh, yeah. And I did save it when I told you. Yeah. A couple. I did save it when I told you that I had checked in and out of two hotels in the same day. Hotels, yeah. Hotels. Yeah. Well, I got a text from Jacqueline. I'm just going to start with it up top. I got a text from Jacqueline that said, a woman at Starbucks thought I was homeless and asked me to leave. Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. Which was one of the most incredible things to receive. And you were fascinated. You wanted answers. And then one of the key contextual factors here is that you, of course, are an in-app. You order an app. So you were there with all your bags, no drink in sight. And you still haven't walked me through what happened, so I'd like you to do that now. You know, does the story fall apart, like, because they don't explicitly say anything? I don't think so.

1:46.2

What do you mean?

1:48.3

Right? I'm like, well, here's what happened. So.

1:51.5

What city? Zoom out. Philly. I was there for like a year. It feels like because I was in like five hotels during four nights or whatever. Not actually five. Three?

2:00.2

I actually did a list before so I could think about it. Like how many tells did I walk into a room and either stay for one hour, five hours or five minutes, right? Okay. Always having checked in. Okay. And always paying advance. Every time I go, I'm paying in advance because I'm not leaving this one, and then I still would leave.

2:24.2

Okay, it's, okay, it's, okay, so one, two, three, four, five, five, five hotels in four nights.

2:31.2

Okay, okay. Whoa, okay. You know, I seem like a jerk, right? You know, in the rider going,
