A few episodes back, episode 64. We talked a lot about intuitive eating, and it was actually

And a request that I get often, to be honest, I think we're all looking to embrace intuitive

eating.

It sounds really awesome in theory.

But in practice, it can be a bit challenging because it rubs up against most of what we've been taught about food and about our bodies.

I've seen a lot of people start to promote their services as intuitive eating.

And I've even had some health coaches reach out to me about coming on the show.

What I felt really strongly about was that if I was going to have someone come on the show and speak to you guys about intuitive eating, I wanted them to have robust training, education, and deep experience with it all.
