Welcome to the bad broadcast. I, I just twisted it just the wrong

angle and it got me winded, as most things do these days, getting more and more

pregnant by the minute. And you might be thinking, when are you going to stop talking about

being pregnant? The answer is probably when I'm done being pregnant. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry.

It's just when your whole body is being taken over, I mean, it's impossible to talk about anything

else. I mean, imagine when you have like a really bad flu and somebody's trying to talk to you

about literally anything else. You're like, I'm, I can't talk about this. There's no way I can

talk about anything but how bad I feel all the time. Today is one of my favorite types of episodes, which is the type of

episode where it's like a million things that I really, really, really, really cannot wait to talk

about. I was actually supposed to record this episode tomorrow, like I had it all in my schedule

and child care and everything, but I was just too excited and I just had to hop on the

microphone today. It's also a very random assortment of things. I mean, in my brain, they all

tie together, but you guys might disagree. But, you know, I'm just going to go. And I want to

start off by telling you guys, well, two things that I did

that I really highly recommend. One of them is that I went to a place in Salt Lake today for a little

brunch, a little mommy cocoa brunch date, a place called Egg Break. This place, why is it not so busy?

It was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in Salt Lake,

maybe that I've ever had ever. Okay, I actually wasn't even planning on talking about this

in the podcast, but I literally just had it and I need you guys to know. You may have seen it on

my Instagram story, but I just needed to give you that recommendation. And the next thing
