Many people avoid confrontation and conflict,

but it's a healthy part of the process.

Whether that be a marriage, the student-teacher relationship, the coach-player relationship, and especially

in public life.

We've got a situation where when you go up north and you see the watershed coming

south you've got multiple counties affected with multiple sets of

personalities and politics and in a moment of frustration and we are all

frustrated we should all be looking for ways that we can do this better for

our people for our, even while being true to our constituents.

Because that's how government is supposed to work.

So I read a statement you had made and then our dear friend Tom Ramsey at Harris County Commissioners Court had made some statements.

I'll start kind with what he said and then I'll let you you respond to that sort of saying hey you got it it seemed to suggest and I don't want to put words in his mouth that you guys need to do more to slow or reduce the water coming into Harris County.

I know you've had some comments on that.
