Now, in this particular economy, we have a tight job market still.

A lot of jobs, tough to fill certain jobs out there.

Yeah, some companies are laying off, but still they say, they say, the Fed, I guess, as it's a tight job market.

What I don't understand is if it's so hard to find top-notch employees, why aren't more people in the hedge fund industry hiring monkeys to manage their portfolios?

I just don't understand it.

They work for peanuts or bananas,

and they are incredible stock pickers still, Tom.
