So I'm excited to hear all about what Ries Housing is.

So why don't you let me and the listeners in on what you guys are doing?

Rise Housing is a blockchain-enabled platform that connects people who can't afford or can't qualify

for lending to get access to

home owner and equity access.

They allows them to connect with people who are looking for liquidity

who own real estate assets and want to be able to pull

some of their equity out of their property without having to go back and get a home equity loan.

So ultimately it helps people connect directly to have equity access and liquidity access on both sides of that equation.

That's fantastic.

And you know, almost every day I hear people talking about how it's so difficult to get into

real estate and just becoming more and more difficult and even with finding credit for

credit cards and and just the simple things of that it's getting harder and harder.
