So I really want to talk about what the backlash has looked like over the past few years, what Donald Trump's return to the White House is going to mean for DEI.

And I guess I have a bigger picture question of, do these efforts, have they actually been very effective?

There's a lot of people upset about this backlash, but I want to pull back and say, you know, what has it all meant?
