And the topic that we are going to get into today is so important, even though it's probably one of the topics that we least want to talk about a lot of the times. But before we dive into how to feel good about your finances, how are you doing today? Welcome to the podcast.

Thank you. Thank you, Kelly, for having me. I'm doing pretty good. I am freezing. I'm outside of New York and, you know, we have been in the cold times and I'm just like really feeling it now. It was a slap of winter that just hit me. I was like, oh, but I'm freezing. But other than that, I'm doing great thriving. Had a great event last night for the book. So I'm feeling good. Winter is here. I'm in the D.C. area. And I, too, I'm freezing. This is, I've been here about six years. And this is the most snow I've seen since I've been here. This is the coldest it has been, I'm like, I'm not made for this, y'all. Even though I'm from cold country,
