After Portland Oregon where a burglary suspect was arrested, after he met with undercover

officers to sell the items he stole.

Here's what happened.

About 9 o'clock in the morning the other day, cops were called out to a burglary.

Thousands of dollars worth of tools were stolen.

During an investigation, the cops discovered the stolen tools listed though on a website

for sale.

How they keep catching people put them up for sale right away.

Officers along with the neighborhood response team were able to set up a meeting with the

suspect later identified as 38 year old Eric Lamberton.

So the undercover cops could buy the stolen goods and then bust them.

Well about midnight the other day officers met at this designated location for the sale.

They were able to identify the tools inside his van as the stolen tools and they took him

into custody.

But the dude was late meeting them.

He was supposed to be there about 11 p.m.

He didn't show up until midnight.

They found out he was late to meet them because he was robbing another place at the time.
